The story revolves around the residents of the fictional Cascades Mountains town, in Cadwell County, Washington. Things are shaken up in the town when a few locals, who were presumed to be dead for years, return to life. The residents who came back to life look like they haven’t aged a day and don’t know a thing about their disappearance/death. There are family reunions, an overflow of emotions on high levels since the return of their loved ones. No one could explain what was happening but the people were trying to get back to their lives, one step at a time. Amidst all this, new horrors and deaths take place in the town. The mystery of how the dead are back to life and what is behind all the strange deaths, has to come to light.
