Count Your Calories is a cooking show in the Telugu language that is aired on the channel, ETV Life which is a dedicated channel to health and wellness by the ETV network, which is further owned by Viacom 18. The show, Count Your Calories was first launched in the year 2016. The first episode of the show was aired on 24th September 2016. The show has aired around 50 episodes to date. The show is aired once a week, on Saturdays. The show is aired three times a day at 8:30 am, at 1:00 p.m., and at 8:00 p.m. Count Your Calories, as it is evident from the name itself, is a health food related cookery show. The show gives you the recipes for some delicious yet healthy food. Including these recipes in your diet will give you a perfectly balanced meal and a healthy diet.

In the show, Ruchika brings a wide range of healthy food menus which help you maintain a healthy diet. She focuses on the importance of Satvik Aahar. She shows two recipes in each show and has also fashioned fascinating names for a lot of these recipes here.
