A comedy serial aired by KTV, one of the Sun group channels “All in All Alamelu” roped in the actress 'Nalini' in the lead as ”Alamelu”. The speciality of this comedy serial, is that though like any other serial this too does not have any logic and story, the serial was carried on in such a way that many current affairs information was included as a factor of gossip.

The news / information was carried by the actor/actress throughout each episode and it is not restricted to any particular type (like media or sports). Besides that cooking tips were also shared in each episode. The Title song was rendered by singer “Chinna Ponnu” and the serial was directed by Suki Jayaram. 'Nalini' (as Alamelu): One of the leading heroines in 80's, Nalini was married to Tamil actor Ramarajan in 1987, and the couple were blessed with twins, a Son and a Daughter. However Nalini had a break in her marriage, and the couple went for a divorce in 2000.

Nalini acted in more than 80 films in all four South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada) and was busy with many serials in the small screen. Kutty Padmini brought her into tele-serials in Krishnadasi and Nalini never had to look back.
