Yeh Dil Kya Kare is a drama serial that was telecasted on Zee TV on the week days at 10 pm. The serial focuses on portraying an image where women are leaders and equal to men instead of being silent sufferers at the hands of their male counterparts. The serial portrays four women who belong to different aspects of life but have the same goal that is to find and establish themselves and successful women who are independent in this modern world no matter what. They have different work areas and love lives.
However, fate has other intentions for them. When their male companions fall in an endless circle of betrayal, sultry desires and cunning intentions, the women resort to reach the bottom of this dangerous circle considering the fact that none of them want to get hurt by the people they love the most. They almost resort to stalking their lovers and question the morality of society. The show’s lead star is ‘Ketaki Dave,’ who is a strong and independent working woman. When her husband loses his ability to walk because of an accident, she decides to shoulder all the responsibility by herself, which, in turn, causes their marriage to turn bitter and affect her deeply.
But she maintains a brave face and is willing to stand her ground wanting to know the modern world a bit better. She never backs away from her responsibilities even though she is disgusted by the immoral society that she lives in and wants to create a better world for her daughters. This show is demonstrates strength and bravery shown by women even when they face tough situations and promotes woman empowerment, which will be worth the watch for the audience.
