Boss Teasers, Trailers, Video & Songs

Boss, a 2013 Bollywood masala film which is peppered with action and comedy, is a remake of Malayalam film Pokkiri Raja starring Prithviraj, Mammootty, and Shriya Saran. The film was written by Sajid-Farhad and Anthony D'Souza was the director. The movie was made under the banner of Ashwin Varde Productions and Cape of Good Films. Boss stars Akshay Kumar as the lead, along with the dashing Shiv Pandit, the hunky Ronit Roy, the charming Mithun Chakraborty and the glam-queen Aditi Rao Hydari.

Boss brings a lot to the table - a daring hero with tons of heroism, romance, a corrupt cop, the emotional connection between two brothers, a father-son relationship, and the fight between good and evil, lots of gravity-defying stunts, memorable soundtracks and loads of comedy. All in all, BOSS presents a fast-paced juggernaut that keeps you riveted. The plot takes off when a respectable school teacher disowns his son after the latter allegedly kills another boy in a brawl. The disowned son runs away and grows up under the care of a feudal lord and eventually takes over as chief. Meanwhile, the teacher’s younger son falls in love with the sibling of a corrupt cop.

The girl is slated to be married off against her will, and her lover is thrown behind the bars for the offenses which he had not perform. Having no one else to turn to, the father turns to the elder son, who envisages a plan to resolve the situation. The storyline keeps the viewer riveted with numerous unexpected and unpredictable scenarios, and keeps one guessing till the end.
