Plot
Tillu has become an event organizer and managing an event management company. In one of the parties, he organized Tillu meets Lilly Joseph and falls for her. She stays with him that night and disappears in the morning. After a month, he meets Lilly, who reveals to him that she is pregnant with his child. Soon, they decide to get married. When she asked him to take her to her brother Rohit’s burial site, Tillu tries to escape from the situation. But, he was abducted by Shannon’s gang. However, Lilly saves Tillu from the gang. Soon, she reveals that she is neither pregnant nor Rohit’s sister. Who is she really? What is her connection with Rohit’s murder case? The rest of the film speaks about this.
Star Performance
Siddhu’s performance is impressive. His body language and dialogue delivery are perfect for the undertaken role. His comedy timing is so good. Anupama is good in her character. Her chemistry with Siddhu is eye-catchy. The rest of the stars did justice to the given roles.
Analysis
Most thrillers don’t have a jolly type of characters, but Tillu Square is an exception from that. This romantic thriller has a neat storyline with good narration. Though it has cultural spoilers, those spoilers are seen as trendy nowadays. So, we can sideline those. The film starts on a good note, but faces some pacing issues in the first half. The love track should have been shot well, as it created a lag in the flow. The climax twist seems forced. Some talented stars are given a minimum screen time, and that’s one of the drawbacks of Till Square. The songs and BGM are decent. The visuals are colourful and editing is neat.
