Plot
Raju and Nitya, in Atreyapuram, fell in love with each other. Raju is a chain smoker. Nitya had been telling Raju to stop his smoking habit. Soon, his smoking habit strains his relationship with Nitya. It also spoils his father’s public image. Will Raju quit smoking? The rest of the film follows this.
Star Performance
Narne Nithin is decent in his role. He is good at action sequences. Sampada looks good and delivers a few good emotions. Naresh, Rao Ramesh, and Sudhakar did justice to their roles. Yet, Rao Ramesh is seen in a similar kind of role, which we have seen him before.
Analysis
The original version has a good screenplay and emotions, which is lacking in the remake. The characters are not interesting, and the screenplay lacks a grip, and it moves slowly. The comedy scenes are not impressive, and feel outdated. The highlighting dialogues seems forced. As the scenes are dragged, it tests the patience instead of creating the expected magic. The visuals are good, and the editing needed to be crisp. Kailas Menon’s music is impressive.
