Plot
Arjun Rudra Dev and Kabir are close friends working in Indian Air Force. While testing the project Vajra, Kabir loses his life. Later, the project is shelved. After a few years, Arjun, who was a Wing Commander, rejoins IAF as a test pilot. During this time, Pakistan is involved in terror attack in Srinagar. Soon, the Indian Air Force decides to counterattack and Arjun is on the mission. What happened to him? Was India victorious? The rest of the story reveals all these.
Star Performance
Varun Tej delivered an excellent performance as Arjun Rudra Dev. His physique fits the role well and he looks cool. He excels in the emotional scenes. Manushi did justice to the given role, Aahna Eva Gill, the Wing Commander. She is given a solid role and has given a measured performance needed for the role. Navdeep is good in his cameo. The rest of the stars did what was asked.
Analysis
The patriotic-flavoured story is strong with its story, and all the stars fit well. It is always a challenging thing to bring a real-life incident on screen. The team tried their best to bring justice to the real-life incident. However, the terror attack scene should have been shot better to get more emotional depth. Unnecessary romantic scenes between the leads spoiled some main sequences. The second half is very engaging with aerial combat scenes, and it gives Goosebumps. Though the lead characters are designed well, some supporting characters lack depth. The dialogues could have been penned better. The visuals are excellent and the music is decent. The first half should have been trimmed better. However, the editor has done a commendable job in the latter half.
