Pinky Sarkar, better known by the name Meenakshi, is an Indian film actress who performed in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She became popular after her performance in her first Tamil movie i.e. Karuppusamykuththagaithaarar as in Raasathi. Born and brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal, she started her career in the film industry from the year 2006. She first appeared in two Telugu movie ventures out of which one is Hanumanthu, a devotional film called Srisatyanarayanswamy. The later one she was featured as Goddess Laxmi where a critic said she failed to emote well. About her Tamil debut, she was featured in Karuppusamykuththagaithaarar where she played the role of Raasathi, who was a first-year student. After this movie, she was better known for her acts like the girl next door and many other performances have improved her acting skills and made her popular every day. Not like other actors, she took a break from her occupation to complete her education and then went back to Chennai to continue with her modeling and acting skills in the film industry.

Yugabharathi is an Indian lyricist and poet. He specializes in writing Tamil poems and Tamil songs. He was born in the Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. Yugabharathi’s real name is Prem Kumar, but he changed it to Yugabharathi as it was his pen name for his poems. Yugabharathi completed his Matriculation from Maxwell Matriculation Higher Secondary School. He also has a Diploma in Engineering from Government Polytechnic College. He started his career as a poet in early 90’s and wrote poems for various Tamil magazines. He changed his name to Yugabharathi to honor his idol Subramanya Bharathi. He started his career as a lyricist with the movie Aanandham. He wrote lyrics for Pallankuzhiyin in the movie. After that, he wrote lyrics for many songs. His first work as a successful lyricist came out in the year 2002 in the movie Run. He wrote the song Kadhal Pisase, which became a huge hit. In 2003, he wrote songs for the movie Vasiya Kaari and Manmadha Raasa. In the year 2004, he went back to writing poems for magazines.

Jayamoorthy is an Indian Playback Singer. He works in the Tamil Film Industry. He is famous for his special way of singing which brings the Tamil nativity into the song. He worked for many famous Music Labels like Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Music India, Think Music India, Trend Music, and many more. Jayamoorthy got his first break as a playback singer to sing a song in the film Ghilli (2004).

Mathichiyam Bala is an Indian-Playback Singer and lyricist. He mainly works in the Tamil Film Industry. Some of the movies in which he has worked include Kanne Kalaimane, which released in the year 2019 Dharmadurai, which released in the year 2016 and Kanne Kalaimane, which released in the year 2019.

Sathyan Mahalingam or Sathyan as he’s popularly known as is an Indian singer from Chennai ( Tamil Nadu , India). Born on 31st May 1980 in Chennai . His present age is 36 years. His parents are Mr. Mahalingam and Mrs. Mariammal . Sathyan grew up with a different name and was known by the name Needhi Mohan during high school and college years. He later changed his name to M. Sathyan where the M stood for Mahalingam. Since the year 1996, Sathyan has been singing for a number of light music orchestras. He has performed for many leading light music orchestras in Tamil Nadu. He has worked for nearly 2500 stage shows as a singer for light music orchestras. Mahalingam entered the Tamil film industry in the year 2004.

Arun Seenu is a well-known audiographer. He is famously known for his workings in movies such as Soorarai Pottru (2019) directed by Sudha Kongara; the film was inspired by events from the life of G R Gopinath, founder of Indian low-cost airline Simplify Deccan. Seenu has also worked in movies such as Action Hero Biju (2016) an Indian Malayalam- language police procedural comedy film directed by Abrid Shine and Super Deluxe (2019) an Indian Tamil-language film co-written, co-produced and directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja. Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe has won a lot of love and appreciation from the audiences. The film has created an offbeat and unpredictable. One of the major contributors to this movie is the work done by the film’s sound department.

Videsh is an Art director who works predominantly in the Kollywood Industry. He has worked in about nine movies as of now. His first art direction was in the film titled Saroja directed by Venkat Prabhu, which released in the year 2008. From there on, he worked with director Venkat Prabhu for three of his other movies.

K L Praveen whose full name is Kuchipudi Latha Praveen is a famous Indian film editor who has worked with many notable directors. Praveen mainly works in the Kollywood industry and has showcased his editing skills in many popular movies and has received accolades for the same. The Andhra Pradesh born editor wanted to pursue a degree in Bio-Technology when he was 17 but unfortunately the number of seats was already full for the course. He had an entire year on his hand and didn't wish to waste that time without doing anything productive. As a result, he started learning to edit in some studios. Most of his family members including his father used to work in the movie industry, but he had a lack of interest to work there.

Shanmuga Pandian was born in Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. He is currently residing at Chennai’s Kannapiran Colony in Saligiramam. He is an alumnus of the Loyola College in Chennai. He did his graduation in Visual Communications from Loyola. He is the son of "Vijayakanth," a famous Tamil actor and a leading politician in South India and Premalatha Vijayakanth . He has an elder brother, Vijaya Prabhakaran. His father is also known as the ‘Captain’ of the Tamil film industry. Pandian  made his debut in the Tamil cinema in the movie Sagaptham in 2015. This is an action thriller film by the famous Tamil director, Surendran. The film has three stars in the leading role- former Miss India Neha Hinge, Shubra Aiyappa, and Shanmugu Pandian.

Bala Saravanan is an Indian Tamil cinema actor. He has appeared mostly in films with Tamil languages. He made his debut with Kalli Kaatu Pallikoodam; a school drama serial aired on Vijay Tv. He came into notice with another serial that was a college drama, Kana Kaanum Kaalangal Kalloriyin Kadhai, which too was aired on Vijay Tv. 

G. Marimuthu is a very well known Indian Film director as well as an actor. He has mostly directed Tamil Films. He made his entrance film in the year 2008, which is KannumKannum. He also enacted in a movie, Pulivaal in the year 2014.

Mime Gopi’s original name is K.Gopinathan. When he was young, his father passed away and he was taken care of by his sister and brother. He did schooling at a government school and was not very good at academics but he had interest in extra-curricular activity. He always had respect for his teachers and liked two teachers the most, his Tamil teacher Veeraiya and Nagamuthu, because they were a great source of motivation for him. When he was studying in school, he had the opportunity to participate in a fancy dress competition and enacted the role of a mentally challenged person who he had seen on his way, back to home. He had been influenced by the person and replicated the acting on the stage, which rewarded him with a first place in the competition. He was highly appreciated by his teacher Nagamuthu and that’s one reason for his liking towards teacher.

It's no secret that most celebrities use stunt doubles when filming particularly challenging scenes, but it's not something we always remember when caught up in the energy of an action-packed movie. In Indian film industry, particularly in Kollywood and Bollywood, stunt actors are indeed a must. 

Vela Ramamoorthy is an Indian actor and writer who predominantly worked in Tamil film industry. He was born in Perunali, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu in India. He has done his schooling from KHN High School, Perunali and he is also a Pre University Course graduate. He served in Indian army for 5 long years and also in a post office before starting his acting career. He got married to Kaliammal on 11th March 1976. He won Best Villain Award presented by Vikatan Magazine for his outstanding portrayal of an antagonist in the movie “Kidaari.”
