Plot
The film’s protagonists are six friends Vimal, Tharan, Anand, Radha, Sara, and Laxmi. Anand and Laxmi mutually like each other, but their relationship cannot progress because of Laxmi’s ex-boyfriend’s interference in their lives. Their friends plan a road trip to a waterfall so that Anand and Laxmi would get to spend some time together. The group of friends enjoys their trip thoroughly, but after returning, they feel the presence of a spooky spirit amongst them. The film follows the group’s experiences with the ghostly presence and how they try to get rid of it.
Star Performance
Mugen Rao, Yasmin Nadiah, Sathish Kumar, Sara Baskin, Velarasan, and Karnan GCrak are a delight to watch in the film. Their chemistry on-screen is entertaining. They also perform very well in the horror scenes.
Analysis
“Ghora” is a good horror movie full of jump-scares. The film was released in 2018 but had been made three years before its release. So, understandably, the graphics and direction style feels outdated.
