Plot
Its all about a bunch of friends, who come from different backgrounds but share the same problems, with funny stuff happening all the time.
Star performance
The actors have nailed it. There is a nice mixture of comedy and drama: one doesn’t overshadow the other. Narthagi Swathi shines like a star, Jalandhar Rajendhiran holds the attention as well, and Arivazhagan adds great support as well.
Analysis
In comedy dramas, there is always this fear that one will overpower the other, but here the makers did an amazing job balancing everything out. The cast brings out the energy without feeling nonchalant but concerned. The film does lose its pace sometimes, making it feel long. The film works great in the group banter portions, which is relatable. The film talks about love, friendship, old school values vs modernity. Even though this film is an indie project, it tries the commercial routes. Out and Out Adanga Pasanga stands as a slice-of-life film showing how important understanding and personal growth are.
