Plot

Kizie Basu, a beautiful girl, has been counting her days. Yes, she has thyroid cancer. Immanuel Rajkumar Junior, aka Manny, who suffers from osteosarcoma, befriends her. Kizie had to live with her oxygen cylinder 24 hours and there is no option left out. Manny is her only relief and they both share stories, their likes and spend their time together. Finally, they fall in love with each other. Kizie, who knows well that her days are counted, wants to visit the beautiful Paris City, which was her longtime dream. As her health condition becomes worse, Manny decides to take her to her dream city, before her final breath. The rest is the emotional content, which also has a beautiful romance.

Star Performance

Sushant… he did an excellent job. The romance, emotion, the tears… everything seems to be real and his fans will definitely cry for him. Sanjana is a perfect selection. She excels in her role beautifully and her expressions are fantastic. Saif did his job well, even though it is a cameo appearance. Saswata Chatterjee and Swastika Mukherjee played their part neatly.

Analysis

The debut movie of Mukesh is a complete emotional one with romance elements. The film speaks the reality and touches the hearts and brings out tears. The locations are beautiful and the cinematography is one of the most significant plus points. AR Rahman’s music is amazing too. The dialogues are touching; especially, Sushant’s. It is evident that everyone will watch Sushant’s dialogues in this movie.

What’s Not There?

  • Nothing as negative… But, it is heavy

Verdict

If Sushant is alive, he would definitely be celebrated once again for his natural performance. The movie that brings reality to the limelight is watchable. If you are a person who watches some sensitive movies that laced with romance, then this is your cup of tea.
