Plot

The film has focused on the education and political system in the backward regions of India. The story of the film revolves around an NRI girl played by Soha Ali Khan Soha Ali Khan was born into a royal family. She doesn’t know the condition and politics of the village; she faces a lot of problems on her way to start a new school. She becomes friends with them by giving them chocolates and jackets following which they all explain to her the actual condition of their village. She finds out that the boys are criminals, not the school students. Suddenly, an issue of child abuse and trafficking comes out in front of her. Then the story is all about how she gets rid of the criminal exploitation of the villagers.

Analysis

The director and writer of the film, Manish Harishankar, failed to deliver his message across to the audience. There were many films which had the same issues as their plot, and they were much better than this. Films like Lakshmi and Mardaani recently appeared in the cinemas with the same issue as their plot, and they successfully conveyed their message with the much better clarity.

Star performance Soha Ali Khan is the only actor who carries the load of the film on her shoulders.She did a razor sharp acting performance and completely empathized with the pain of her character. The three boys - Harsh Mayar, Shankar Mandal, and Aditya, looked amazing, and their performance is easily noticeable.

What’s there?

1. The film has brilliantly done cinematography by V. Balajee.

2. Power pack performance by Soha Ali Khan.

What’s not there?

1. Very poor screenplay written by Manish Harishankar.

2. The film has incomplete music which does not relate to the story.

3. Editing of the film is full of flaws.

Verdict

You can watch other similar films having the same issue as this one has not been properly made. If you want to watch films just for Soha Ali Khan then go ahead.
