Plot
Sahej and Inayat are arch nemesis and captains of their dance groups, namely Street Dancers and Rule Breakers. They are very patriotic and passionate about their countries, India and Pakistan, respectively. This translates into a rivalry and a desire to outdo each other and win the world’s biggest dance battle, Ground Zero. That is until they find a more significant cause to fight for, the immigrants of their respective countries; this pushes their rivalry to the backseat, as they now dance to ‘express, and not impress’.
Star Performance
Varun Dhawan, as Sahej, delivers high-energy performances throughout the film. His dance moves add a charismatic and energetic vibe to the dance sequences. Shraddha Kapoor, as Inayat, displays her versatility by performing various dance styles gracefully and precisely. Obviously, she looks beautiful as ever in every dance sequence she performs. Prabhu Deva, as Ram Prasad Telugu film director G.Ram Prasad belongs to Guntu >> Read More... , brought his unique style and expertise. His hard-to-follow dance moves are always a pleasure to watch. Nora, as Mia, brings a little spice to the film with her spicy dance moves.
Analysis
The lead actors – Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan’s dance have fingerprints of Remo’s dance style all over them. The primary dance forms visible in this installment of the franchise are Jazz, Contemporary, Locking and Popping, Afro, Krump, Animation Tutting, Urban, and Slow Mo. The film has managed to role in some very talented performers worldwide. Nora’s dance performances are surprisingly good and a pleasure to watch. The film handles VFX better than most other Bollywood movies. It dramatically improves the watching experience of the movie. Although dance sequences are rightly predominant in the movie with a plethora of battlefield banters, dance sequences, and songs after every ten to twelve minutes, it could get a little distracting from the storyline, even for the most die-hard dance fans.

Verdict
The script lacks substance and gives an impression of forced writing to cramp a story. The music is decent but does an excellent job of complementing the story’s narrative. However, dance sequences every 10 minutes get you bored very early. The movie is a visual treat for everyone, and the dance performances from not only the leads but also from every other performer are a treat to watch. Overall, watch this for visual pleasure, a patriotic feel, and if you are in the mood to groove to some good music while watching good dance performances.
