Plot
The movie starts with Isaish Wright, who is a 19-year-old boy. He has just graduated from high school and has no plans for the future, he plays video games all day along and avoids responsibilities. One day after being scolded by his mother, Isaiah meets a Christian man named Joshua Moore who gives him a job. Joshua trains Isaiah to follow Jesus’s teachings. Little by little, God works in Isaiah’s life and his heart. Isaiah finds new meaning to his life thanks to Joshua and Isaiah saves Joshua’s business by applying the new teachings and values he has learned.
Star Performances
The actor Aspen Kennedy plays an outstanding performance as the character of Isaiah. He captures the transition of a youth to a responsible adult and captures all the details very efficiently. The role of Joshua played by the actor Cameron Arnett, excels as he guides Isaiah to take his life in the right direction with the help of God. Both the characters perfectly complement each other making the movie a remarkable one.
Analysis
The movie focuses on themes, such as personal growth and trust in the faith. While its pace in the beginning is a bit slow later it catches on the movie has a strong soundtrack and is overall visually enticing with a beautiful ending. There are times in the movie where the teachings of Christianity are kept above character development but overall, the movie delivers a delightful ending making the heart warms of the audiences.
