Rana Daggubati, the busy artist in multiple languages, is a Kabbadi enthusiast. He is interested in almost all sports. When asked about his sports interest, Rana says, "I am an ardent fan of kabaddi. I have played Kabbadi in school. It is easy, very quick and doesn’t need any maintenance. Moreover, we can play it anywhere and it doesn’t need a ground and pitch. But nowadays, I don't see my school going cousins play Kabbadi or even talk about it.” Rana is a trained boxer and is said to be a fan of Mike Tyson. He was trained as a heavyweight boxer. However, he quit it as he was injury prone. Rana wants to play Kodi Ramamurthy Naidu, the iconic wrestler, who hailed from Vizianagaram.
