The reason is Taapsee has given her dates to shoot the movie in December. But, due to some delay in the production side, the movie didn’t go on the floors by December.

It was rescheduled for February and Taapsee gave her February dates to a Bollywood movie, so she could not allocate dates for the film.

So, the team decided to replace Lavanya in the place of Taapsee.

It is said that the yet to be titled movie will be simultaneously shot in Telugu as well as Tamil.

C.V. Kumar will direct the film, and the movie will start to roll on the floors from next week.
