There is a noted senior Telugu movie maker. He has been receiving treatment at a known private hospital in Hyderabad for the last one month. He received the bill and got the shock of his life. The exorbitant bill which the hospital charged was for the expenditures including his treatment, room rent, the suites provided for his family members and the guests who arrive to see him. Reports are that, on seeing the bill, he was taken aback and shifted from the VVIP ward to the next low-level ward in the same hospital.
The huge bill that he received has turned out to be one among the hot discussions of cine and political circles. He is a well-off celebrity, and he could not take it in when he saw the bill. Then, there is the question about the middle class who cannot afford such a bill. Even if the doctors manage to cure the disease, the hospital bill will drain one of their mental and physical energy.
