Thalapathy Vijay's Sarkar is one of the most expected films of this year. Being directed by AR Murugadoss it has music by AR Rahman. There were speculations that the movie's release might be advanced to November 2, 2018. However, Sun Pictures' latest Tweet has given us the confirmation that Sarkar will be hitting the screens on Diwali (November 6, 2018).
