In his latest interview to a leading daily, Vineeth says, "When I joined college, students were just beginning to use mobile phones. By the time I graduated, social networking sites had only gained entry into our lives. But now, everything happens through these technologies. For instance, every decade there was a change in the way two youngsters in love communicated. During my college days, we didn't speak the way people in 90s spoke. Similarly, the nature of friendships between students right now is different from my days. When I was in college, we never used to hang out with like-minded people. But now people with same tastes and sensibilities fraternise. So, there's a lot you have to factor in while making a movie about the current youth."
