In a recent interview with a popular tabloid, Siddharth has explained why the current commercial success of Malayalam is here to stay.

According to him, this year has been the “year of Malayalam cinema”. To quote him, “With four films crossing 100 crores each at the box office, it [Malayalam cinema] has come into its own commercially”.
