and her husband Sunjay Kapur have been married sine 2003 and now have decided to separate permanently since a few years. The divorce will finally and legally be granted on the June 30th of the year.
The couple was living separately since 2014, and ever since then, they have filed a few cases against each other. Sunjay filed a case saying an underworld don threatened him not to come to Mumbai and Karishma cross-filed a case saying the settlement Sunjay was providing was not enough.
Now that parties have withdrawn these cases and have made a settlement of Karishma having full time rights on her children and Sunjay being allowed to visit them during visiting hours.
