This “bubbly bindas” Punjabi actress who impressed everyone with her acting talent in her first movie named “Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl”, had to be slammed by the critics for one thing and that was her “WEIGHT”. She was always considered as a “chubby actress” or “broad-shouldered”, but the brave actress went through all of this fat shamming even while winning awards for her performances. When asked how she feels about her weight she confesssed that she is not very proud of it. Parineeti knows that look on screen matters and so she embraced diet and workout habits which she hates the most; but to look good on screen triggered her. And now the makeover or the transition is being complimented and the fatness and chubbiness all gone which was once ridiculed upon.
Parineeti’s diet and workout exercises were different from other actresses, which is why her fitness technique got so popular. Everyone who knows Parineeti well knows that she is a “big foodie” and cannot just give up food especially her weakness pizzas. So when asked how did she give up all the food and started working out well the answer was surprising; she said she never stopped eating one single thing as she knew that she will crave for it and end up giving her routine. However, she says cheating on a diet sometimes is okay and keeps you going on the path of going from fat to fab. Apart from curtailing frequency, Chopra also suggests keeping the portion sizes on a leash, instead of having a whole full pizza before you. Just have some slices and balance those few slices by working out.
The fact that Parineeti loves going out with friends to try out new cuisines is also something that makes it hard to stick to a rigid diet but a little bit of cheating with your diet, more of healthy eating and a good workout are all that one needs to follow. She says, “no one will gain weight if they try and follow this.”
