Shazia Manzoor is one of the most versatile playback and folk singer born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. She started her singing career by performing at a college show in Rawalpindi. She got her training for music under Ustad Feroz. Umar Shareef, a famous comedian, introduced her to the singing industry in 1992, and from then, there was no turn back. She is mainly known for her work in Punjabi songs, Punjabi Sufi Poems, and a few Urdu Songs. She created a storm in the Music industry with her famous songs like “Aaja Sohniya,” “Mahi Aavega,” “Maye Ni Kinnu Akhan,” “Chann Mere Makkhna,” Dhol Mahia,” “Akh Da Nasha.” After the flood in Pakistan in 2010, Shazia performed a charity concert to raise relief funds. She was even featured at Coke Studio and performed at the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra in London.
