Farhan Gauhar is the founder and CEO of Urduflix, which is the first Urdu 0TT platform. He is also the managing director of Dubuzz Advertising and Media, and he has a history of working in the digital media, OTT, He is skilled in copywriting, broadcasting, and broadcast media industries including advertising and documentaries. He has a Strong arts and design profession with an associate’s degree focused on film, video, and cinema from the London Film Academy. He launched his first web TV service, E Max, in 2012. His contents include all those depicting issues that can not be shown in dramas, like human trafficking and illegal abortions. His vision was to promote Pakistani content and compete in the digital market. Furthermore, he wanted to do something out of the box that to serve contemporary audiences. There were already competitors out there with strong content; therefore, he planned to bring in extraordinary content, unlike current widely consumed dramas.
