Khursheed Shahid is a Pakistani actress. She was born in Delhi, India, on 1st January 1926. She has four sisters and a brother. She used to perform in the Ram Leela Theatre at an early age. She started her career in acting and singing at the age of nine in Delhi at All India Radio. She worked with the Pakistan Television Corporation in 1964 and acted in many plays for two decades. She was famous for her role in movies like ‘Chingari (1964),’ and ‘Silent Waters (2003).’ In 1995, Khursheed was awarded by the Government of Pakistan with the Pride of Performance for her works to the singing, acting, and television industry.
