Lagadapati Shridhar is a Gemini person born on 14th June 1968 in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh to Mr. Rama Naidu and Mrs. Rama Lakshmamma. He did his secondary schooling at Loyola Public School in Guntur and continued his higher education in Siddharth Arts College, Vijayawada. He graduated in Engineering from Siddaganga Institute Of Technology, Tumkur, Karnataka, India. Later, he went to the US to complete his Masters in Construction Management. He is married to Sirisha. He is youngest among the siblings, Padma Garlapati, Rajagopal, and Madhusudhan.

In around 1995, Sridhar joined Lanco Infratech Limited as the Joint Managing Director. Sridhar continued to take his steps forward by first being the company's Managing Director and continued to be its Vice-Chairman. Sirinus Entertainment was set up by 2003 with Sridhar as the head and Sirisha being the partner with Sridhar in all aspects. Sirinus Entertainment produces movies and other television content by the name, 'Ramalakshmi Cine Creations'. The logo of the banner consists of a mother and a child. Sirinus Entertainment is one of the most successful production houses in the Tollywood industry. It has produced movies in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.

Shridhar commenced his career as a producer with the flick, "Evadigola Vadidi" a Telugu movie released in 2005. Then he continued with " Style Click to look into! >> Read More... Style ", a Telugu movie, and dubbed it in Tamil as " Latchiyam", both in the same year, 2006. He is entering the Bollywood production house soon with the movie, "Jhoomo Nacho Gao Yaron", a dubbed version of "Style". The movie is almost ready for release. Pranavi garnered the best female playback singer in AP state Nandi Award for the song "Sarigama- Padani" from "Snehageetham". At Jaipur Film Festival 2016, "Krishnamma Kallipindi Iddarini" won the best romantic film award.
