Sukhshinder Shinda also known as the music man is a Punjabi singer, songwriter, producer, and music director who works in the Punjabi music industry. He was born on 29 May 1972 in Dhamai, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, but was raised in Hemsworth, Birmingham, England. His birth name is Sukshinder Pal Singh Bhullar. His Father was a Kavishri Singer. His brother Mohan Singh Nimanna had a band, The Nimanna Group.
During his childhood, musicians Jaipal Singh Matharu, Ustad Lal Singh Batti, and Ustad Ajit Singh Matlashi trained him in Punjabi music. He took training in Dhol, Tumbi, Dhad, and Sarangi. In 1993, he released his first professional recording, Dhol Ek Beat. After this, he collaborated on more than 200 albums. He released some religious albums, including Satguru Mera in 2009 and Choj Khalseh De in 2013.
In 2006, he won two awards at the UK Asian Music Awards; the first was the Best Album award and the second was the Best Video award. After two years, he won another two awards at the UK Asian Music Awards, the first one was the Best Act award, and the second one was Best Album for Living the Dream. In 2010, he won Best Producer at the UK Asian Music Awards, Best Producer award at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards, and Best Video award for Ghum Sum. In 2011, he was nominated for Best Album, Best Producer, the Best Male Act award, and the Best Desi Act award and won the Best Producer award. In 2012, he won the Best Dressed Act award at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards.
