Simar Doraha is a talented Punjabi Singer, Lyricist, and Writer in the Punjabi Music Industry. Mansimar Singh Bajwa is his real name. He was born on 2 July 1992 in Ludhiana, Punjab. He finished schooling at Shri Guru Nanak Senior Secondary School, Doraha, Punjab. He has completed his graduation in Commer from S.C.D Govt. College Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has also done post-graduation in Psychology. His father is S. Kurtar Singh, and his mother is S. Inderjeet Singh.
In 2017, he debuted as a lyricist with the song Kade Kade. Later, Simar gave many memorable lyrics in hit songs like Gal Kar Ke Vekhi, Battle, Rum Te Rajaai, Mitraa, Sharaabi, Munda Sohna Jeha, Pehla Wale, and Regret. In 2020, he began his singing career with the song Sharaabi. After that, he sang other hit songs like Ranjha, Tenu Chete Karda, Boycott, Couple Goal, and Pehle Wale. In 2021, his first album, XL Extra Large Album, was released. He has also published his book Samaan in 2021.
