Kulwinder Billa is an Indian Punjabi singer, actor, and writer. His nickname is Billa. He was born on February 2, 1984. His place of birth is Mansa, Punjab, India. His nationality is Indian, and his zodiac sign is Aquarius. He follows the Sikhism religion. He went to S.D. College Barnala, Punjabi University in Patiala to complete his college degree. He has an educational qualification in Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Master of Arts (M.A.), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). His hobbies are singing, traveling, and riding bikes. He married Ravinder Kaur, with whom he has one child. He has been living in Mohali, Punjab.
