Pammi Bhai is a Punjabi Singer. He was born Paramjit Singh Sidhu, in Jakhepal district of Sangrur, India. He is considered as one of the most notable figures in the world of Punjabi Music specializing in the traditional folk dance of Punjab, Bhangra. He used to participate in various school functions and later in college he participated in inter-university functions, which led him to become a dance director of Bhangra. His songs include the traditional musical instruments of Toomba, Algoza, Toombi, Sarangi, etc. And his songs include various Bhangra forms like Jhoomar, Malwai, Giddh, etc. He is widely believed to be the guardian of old Punjabi culture.

He has also sung a few songs. In 1982 he recorded his first song, Nachdi Jawani. He has travelled to over 20 countries to perform as a Bhangra dancer and Folk singer. In 2004, he was one of the few delegates representing India at cultural presentation at the World Punjabi Conference held at Lahore, Pakistan. He has also worked as a chief judge at the world Punjabi Folk Dance Competitions held at Toronto in 2009 and again in 2014.
