Sukhbir Sukhi is a Punjab singer, born on November 9, 1969, in Dalli Village, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He is married to Dimpy and has a twin daughter and son. He is often known as the Prince of Bhangra. He learned Indian classical music from his father, who often wrote his songs. He can sing in 9 languages- Hindi, Punjabi, English, Swahili, Portuguese, Arabic, and Spanish. He began recording music in 1991. Although his first album New Stylee was released in 1996. His debut album was nominated and won the Best Debut Album, Best Music Video, and Best Male Vocalist at Channel V Awards.

Gan Ban Gayi was his second album, followed by the third- Hai Energy. His album Gal Ban Gayi sold over a million copies in 1997. His fourth album Dil Kare includes hit songs such as the theme song and Nachle Soniye. He is best known for his piece Oh Ho Ho Ho Ishq Tera Tadpave. He has also sung a Bollywood song Dil Laga from Dhoom 2. Sukhbir made a guest appearance in a Punjabi Film- Pata Nahi Rabb Kehdeyan Rangan Ch Raazi(2012). He is famously known for his fusion work of Bhangra with rap, techno, and reggae.
