Amruta Bane is an Indian actress and model who was born on May 14, 1994, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Amruta Ban is better known as Amu. She was energetic and enthusiastic from an early age. She developed a passion for modeling and acting and gained acknowledgments. Amruta Bane did her early education at "Paranjape Vidyalaya" in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Later, she attended "Nitin Godiwala Junior College of Commerce" for junior college. She completed her Mass Media & Communication degree from "Mumbai University. After graduation, she worked as a media journalist until pursuing her goal of acting in 2019.

Her breakout performance was as Devi Saraswati in the mythological show "Shree Gurudeva Dutta" on Star Pravah. She has also played minor roles in films such as "Rang MazaVegla" and "Jai Jai Swami Samarth." Rang MazaVegla was well-received by the audience and its popularity enhanced her stand in the Entertainment industry.
