Jagadish Lad

Jagdish lad was an International bodybuilder and silver medalist of Mr. India bodybuilding title. He was a popular face in the bodybuilding world. He was born on August 10, 1987, and brought up in Navi mumbai. He was a married man and the couple is blessed with a daughter named Snehal. Lad represented Maharashtra and India at different stages and successfully bagged up major titles. He had procured a silver medal in men’s category of upto 90kg at WBPF (World Bodybuilding and Physique Federation) World Championship in 2014 which was hosted by India in Mumbai and a second silver medal in the same competition in 2015 that was hosted by Thailand in Bangkok. He had also won the title of Mr. Navi Mumbai Mahapoor and Mr. Navi Mumbai Shetra Shree.

With his hardwork and determination he also managed to be the first runner up of the title Mr. Maharashtra Shree body building competition. Jagdish also started a job as a gym manager in one of the local gyms in Mumbai. Lad received Felicitaion for his achievement and contribution for Navi Mumbai in Bodybuilding by NMMC. With a fifteen years of experience Lad retired from professional body building in 2017.He was also a part of Mr. Talwalkar Classic Press Conference. Jagdish died at the age of 34 on April 30, 2021, due to the COVID-19 virus. His unanticipated demise shook the bodybuilding world and it was a huge setback for India to lose a prominent bodybuilder at such a young age.
