Deepak Sawakhande is an Indian writer and director primarily known for his works in the Marathi film and entertainment industry. He has been a director with the D S Entertainments since 2002. He graduated with a B Pharm degree from the Shri Jain Vidya Prasarak Mandals Shri Fattechand Jain College Of Pharmacy, Chinchwad. His first significant project was the film Bandhkor. This film was released in 2007. His next project was the film Ashi Fasli Nanachi Tang released in 2011.
He also directed the short film Vandana, which was released in 2016. The second short film that Deepak directed was Sirji. Sirji was released in 2018. After Sirji, Deepak worked on the short film, Nyaay(released in 2020). Apart from these projects as a director, Deepak Sawakhande has also worked on the film Aadesh Power of Low as an associate director. His other notable works include Arapan, Mahasan, and Ye Na Priya.
