Rucha Gaikwad is a Marathi actress. She was born on the 1st of September 1992. She went to St. Xavier’s High School, Mumbai before pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. In 2014, she began her acting career with the film “Taptapadi”. She is most famous for her role as Reva in “Shetkarich Navara Hava” on Colors Marathi which speaks on farmers’ issues. She won the Maharashtra Times Mumbai Shravana Queen Contest 2022.
Along with that, Rucha is also fond of singing and is trained in classic singing. She learned classical music with her guru Madhuri Naik, who further advised her to learn fusion music. Her first mentor Jaywanti Prabhuthendulkar taught her how to hold a paintbrush. She went on to study fine arts in 11th and 12th and has been passionate about her hobby ever since.
