Harish Kulkarni

Harish Kulkarni is a Marathi Actor and Director most notable for his work on Mum Bhai Mum Bhai is an Indian crime-thriller drama series >> Read More... (2020) and Destination Zindagi. After graduating from the DSM– Drama School Mumbai with his batchmate Sambhaji Sasan, he established Natakbaaz, a theatre group and production house. He conducted workshops for Tata trust, PNG's CSR initiative, and NGO Nari Samta Manch under the banner. He trained teachers of Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation in drama and directed plays for Akshar Nandan School. His very first play, Hooli- was shot in Mumbai. His vision is to start a theatre school for children at the grassroots.

He has acted in various movies, web and television series- Bandishala (2018), Dashanan (2017), Hodi (2016), Ad for Kankariya limited (2015), Vikas Sarathi (2014), Tartuffe (2014), and Ek hajarachi note (2013). In his body of work as a Director, he has- Destination Zindagi (2021), The Broken gift (2020), Mum Bhai (2020), and Valu (2008). In 2021, he won the Best Actor award in the short film category at the 4th Vintage International film festival held in Kolhapur and the National Short film festival. He got selected for online screening in the Rainbow Online film festival, held in September 2020 on the YouTube channel Rainbow films.
