Saju David

Saju David is a Program Head in the Malayalam television industry. He had a promising career and has worked for various organizations in different posts. Saju graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from Loyola College. Later, he did post-graduation in Arts, Journalism, and Mass Communication from Madurai Kamaraj University.

He started his career in 2001, and at his first job, he got appointed as the General Manager of Creatives & Business Development at In House Productions Pvt Ltd. This is a Television production house based in Mumbai, and it produces Programs for Sony Television and Sun Network Group in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu languages. After working there for three years, he switched jobs as he got selected as the Programme Head at Radio Mango 91.9, Malayala Manorama, where he worked for the next three years.

Radio Mango 91.9 is the first private FM in the state of Kerala. Saju has also held the post of Business Head at JT Performing Arts Center, where he was in charge of all Live Programming Events. In 2010 he was appointed as the programming head of all non-fiction shows of Asianet Communications Ltd. Saju David is currently working as the Vice President of Programming at Sun TV Network Ltd. This is a mass media company of Indian origin that has its headquarters in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and is a part of Sun Group.

Saju has many successful projects to his credit, like Ningalkkum Aakaam Kodeeshwaran, rated as the No. 1 show of Kerala among television viewers. He was also in charge of another great project- Idea Star Singer (Season 5 & 6), with the highest, ever-rated grand finale. This talented man has over 27 years of experience in Electronic Media. He was the first-ever television director from South India to direct TV shows in international channels like Star Movies, Channel V, and Star Plus.

Saju is a very versatile professional who has worked in all possible genres of television. He has in-depth knowledge about Acquisition and Broadcasting and has directed more than 100 Live Events on the ground and on TV. He is a well-educated man well-versed in five languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and French.
