Betty Louis Baby is a Malayalam TV channel programme coordinator. She completed her schooling from Air Force School, Agra and at St. Theresas convent girls' high school, Shornur. She completed her higher education at St. Mary’s College, Trichur, where she obtained a Pre-degree in Science. While there, she was elected to be the Student Editor. After this she has attended MES college in Ponnani and received her bachelor's degree in economics. She later enrolled at the Calicut University Center in Thenhipalam and pursued a post-graduation course in English Language and Literature. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
After completing her education, Betty Louis Baby worked as a Programme Coordinator for Asianet Communications Ltd., which is based in Trivandrum. She has worked as the associate director of Production for Kairali TV and then later she became the channel promotion for all the three channels-Kairali TV, People TV and We TV. She has been working with Malayalam Communications.
