Nathan Dcosta

Nathan Dcosta is a filmmaker, editor, and voice artist based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He has studied Bachelor’s in Sociology and graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He holds a certificate in Writing Films from Film Companion. He is highly skilled in Voice Acting, Film Making, Film Production, Assistant Directing, Event Management, Adobe Photoshop, Blending, Film criticism, and Non-Linear editing. He is also a good drummer and vocalist. Besides, he has working proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi language. 

From an early age, Nathan started engaging himself in a variety of events and activities. During his college days, he volunteered at the ‘Malhar’ Arts and Culture Fest in 2018, for St. Xavier College. Next year, he curated and organized all the events under the Banner of Malhar 2019, St.Xavier's College, including the English Band Event, Rap Event (in collaboration with Literary Arts), Beatboxing, the Solo Singing Events as well as the house celebration AmNight. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a Social Media Manager for India Voice Fest, organized by Sugar Mediaz Studios. 

To learn direction, Nathan did an internship for five months at Lacuna Studios, where he worked as an Assistant director and learned the skills of filmmaking and production. He worked with the Director Vishnu Shyamaprasad for a commercial of ‘Aashirvaad Atta.’ In 2022, Nathan began to work with Mothership Productions company, as Film Editor and Assistant Director. As a Voice Artist, he has also done Dialogue ADR, Film Dubbing for OTT, TVCs, Audiobooks, Animation, Cartoons, Promos, Radio Spots, IVR, etc., with leading production houses, including Netflix, Marvel, Mirror Now, Penguin Random House, Ultra Tech Cement, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar, etc. Moreover, he was the dubbing voice artist for the character ‘Jo,’ in an animated TV series called ‘ Super V Super V is a Hindi language TV show which is aired >> Read More... ,’ released in 2019.
