Pallavi Sapra played the role of Urmila, who was a suffering wife of Lakshmana, in Sagar Arts TV show, ' Ramayan: Sabke Jeevan Ka Aadhar', which telecasted on Zee TV during 2012. After playing the role of Urmila in the epic drama ‘Ramayan’, little did the actress know that she would benefit a lot. Many production houses started appreciating her role and predicted a good future for this TV artist.

The actress truly benefited from the role of Urmila, and got another chance in Sony’s highly popular detective serial, ‘ CID’. In an episode of CID, Pallavi essayed the role of a famous actress who commits a murder, and the case is then taken over by the CID team in attempts of solving it. In this particular episode, Pallavi had to emote various reactions such as jealousy, hatred, love, despair, and doubt, in a one-hour time period. Both the roles that she played were different in character. In Ramayan, she was casted opposite Neil Bhatt, who played the role of Lakshmana. Whereas in CID, the actress played her role alongside the trio investigative officers, ACP Pradyuman, Daya, and Abhijeet.

Pallavi is indeed a glamorous actress and she suited the role of Urmila tremendously. One hopes her talent and look will be exploited on the small screen, and if luck smiles, she can easily move towards her better fortune in movies too.
