They became good friends on the sets of Tere Liye were their good friendship turned into love in 2010 and finally Shakti admit his love for Neha which he came to know after sometime that he fell in love with her. Shakti learned Tarot Card reading. Career: Shakti started his acting career as Jigar in Baa Bahoo Aur Baby on Star Plus in 2007.

Later he acted in many television shows like Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Ki Jo where he played a protagonist in the show, Tere Liye and Pavitra Rishta One of the popular Hindi serials, Pavitra Rishta >> Read More... in which he played Dr. Onir got him good recognition though his role was supporting character. He played negative roles too and hosted two quiz shows also. Now he is playing the lead in Meri Aashiqui Tum se Hi a love story by Ekta Kapoor's production again in which he plays a protagonist in the lead.

The show has two male leads and a female lead which is yet to be finalised but what we can see from the promos is Shakti Arora loves his friend Ishani but afraid to confess her let’s see what actually the story plot will  when it will aired on Colors.
