Remi Kaler

Remi Kaler was born in the Punjab province of Northern India, in the district of Jalandhar. He is an actor who most recently appeared in the cult classic "Sweet America," which came out in September 2008. Since his infancy, he has been participating in extracurricular activities and performing. During his undergraduate years, he studied theatre and acquired the fundamentals of acting. In college, he was involved in a variety of stage activities such as skits, plays, and bhangra. He earned first prize in a music contest hosted by the dramatic club of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and won best item on stage at a get-together party.

In addition to being an engineer and an aviator, Remi Kaler was a success in every profession. By coincidence, he entered the first ever Mr. Fitness Model of Punjab contest in 1996 and was voted the fourth best Mr. Fitness Model of Punjab. He also won Mr. North India and Mr. Confident in the first ever Mr. and Miss North India Modeling Contests held in Punjab in 1997. After receiving encouragement from modeling contests, he travelled to Mumbai in 1998 for his picture shoot. After a difficult start in Mumbai, director/producer B.P. Singh gave him a break with his popular Hindi TV series "C.I.D." on Sony Entertainment Television, which won the best series award in 1999.
