Sarodee sings not only in Hindi but also in Punjabi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri, and Assamese. Sarodee got recognition when she was nominated for the Mirchi Music Award. She received the Best Playback Singer Award in Rajasthan Cine Award for the song in the movie Page16. In the Bhojpuri International Film Festival Awards, she was nominated for Best Playback Singer. Internationally, she has also performed the theme songs of the Afghanistan National Football and Cricket Team. She also sings Ghazals and Dohas.

Sarodee Borah is a talented  Indian playback singer from the Bollywood industry. She graduated in Music from Shreemati Nathibal Damodar Thakery Women’s University, Mumbai. She started her journey in 2009 as a trainee in SaReGaMaPaDhaNiSa Academy by Gajendra Singh ji. She also learned professional singing from Pt. Maniraj ji,Abhijit Bhattacharya , Sucheta Bhattacharjee , Ismail Darbaar Saheb, and many more. In 2012, she got her first break from the MTV Coke Studio Season II project by Ehsaan and Loy.

Later, she worked in Bollywood and other regional movies like Rajasthani, Marathi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, and many more. She worked in Yash Raj Films Hichki and Amit, Trivedi's film Shaandar.
