Sahil Samuel

Sahil Samuel is an Indian songwriter, composer, and singer. Sahil was born on 23rd February 1993 in the Union territory of Chandigarh. His interest in music started when he was in his 2nd standard. He did not stop his liking for music even though his parents did not support his ambition. The; very first song he wrote was in 2009 during his 11th std. ‘Sawaan’ was the second song he wrote in 2013 which was released in 2016. Sahil started his career by performing at small gigs. He started earning by playing at his first club gig in 2014, and this eventually led him to become the vocalist in ‘Swastik’ the band.

Later on, Sahil decided to part ways with the band and work on ‘The Sahil Project.’ He became the frontman and lead vocalist of the band ‘Naalayak’ was founded on 21st October 2015. Naalayak is a stage name inspired by his parents and teachers, as they used to call him in his high school days. Since 2016, Sahil has written more than 300 songs, which includes albums like ‘Main Ka Bukhar’ and ‘Hindi Gaane’, which created a huge fan following for his music. He greatly blends Hindi and Urdu words in his songs, making the music soulful to his listeners.
