Renuka was born and raised in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, India. She completed her schooling at Vidya Niketan Girls Inter College, Khekra. She is studying at Mahamana Degree College.

Renuka Panwar is known for her Hindi and Haryanvi songs. Renuka became interested in dance and singing as a child and aspired to become a professional singer. She actively participated in dance competitions and events at school. Renuka got selected for a famous dance reality program on Star Plus, the Indian finest dancing star.

Renuka started her singing career in 2018. In 10th grade, she collaborated with Pradeep Soni Music Company and got her first song, titled Sun Soniyo, recorded.
