Pratyush Dhiman

Pratyush Dhiman is an Indian Singer, Composer, and Indie Pop Artist that predominantly works in the Hindi Music Industry. He was born and raised in the state of Himachal Pradesh and later settled in the city of Gurugram in Haryana. Pratyush Dhiman's musical journey began in 2004 when he was just four years old. He was deeply inspired by his father's love for playing the flute and tabla at home. Seeing his son’s interest in music he introduced his son to the keyboard and tabla as his first instruments at the tender age of three. After a couple of years, Pratyush Dhiman started professional music training in Hindustani Classical Music. He was a talented child with a strong aptitude for music, and he composed his first musical piece at the age of 12. This marked the beginning of his self-taught journey as a music producer. 

Pratyush Dhiman had the unwavering support of his family in his decision to make a career in the music industry. They wish to see him pursue his dream irrespective of the risks. His father is his biggest supporter and consistently encouraged his son’s musical pursuits as he himself is a musician. Pratyush Dhiman’s father serves as a constant source of inspiration and support, and actively helps Pratyush Dhiman in each step of the creative process, from composing to mixing and mastering. The first song Pratyush Dhiman wrote as an artist was ‘Na Jaane Kyun Tu’ which he wrote and composed in 2017, a year before he even graduated. Inspirations behind writing this song was I think a sequence of experiences and situations that arose around me at a point. ‘ Na Jaane Kyun Tu’ is a song about heartbreak. 

While Pratyush Dhiman believes that heartbreak can inspire creativity, he believes that life is the biggest inspiration for his music. His compositions are often artistic expressions of his experiences. Pratyush Dhiman has been creating and releasing musical singles on his channel since 19 November 2011. Some of his most popular songs are ‘Aziyat,’ ‘Aziyat 2.0,’ ‘Tere Alava’ and ‘Saath’ which was released in 2021. Pratyush Dhiman’s music is popular on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming platforms. He keeps his fan base engaged by constantly posting new content in the form of musical content and interactive live sessions with fans. Pratyush Dhiman has also composed and produced background scores for theater plays and small productions.
