Manali Ghosh is an excellent vocalist and singer specializing in Hindustani classical, semi-classical, devotional, commercial Hindi, and Bengali music. Since she was five years old, Manali Ghosh got trained in classical music. Ghosh is from Kolkata, the "city of joy." When she was 16, she began training under Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty. The multi-talented performer is a playback singer by vocation and a trainer (at Calcutta University) by profession. She has appeared at several concerts and released a series of her devotional songs. She has performed at numerous prestigious venues both inside and outside of India.
She has also contributed writing to a few periodicals and offers master voice classes to earnest students. She appeared on the Reel Talkys-powered Global Village of Indian Music. Manali Ghosh is also working on a mantras series project with Guitarmonk (Guitarmonk Records), which include mantras such as the Hare Krishna Mantra, Kuber, Rudra, Shiv, Mahaluxmi, Sai, and many others.
