Keshav Prasad

Keshav Prasad is a playback singer in the Kannada film industry. His goal is to become a full-fledged playback singer of Bollywood and spread the message of Love through music throughout the World. He graduated Bachelor in Bioscience from Shree Sathya Sai University(March 2007). He is enthusiastic about music since childhood and started learning Hindustani classical music since the age of 10.

He is blessed to have a mike quality voice since birth, which he has attained from his father, Dr. Ananda Krishna, known as Mohd Rafi of South India. He started singing at the premises of the Temple. Keshav got the potential to nurture his talent thereby, started learning Hindustani Vocal, Keyboard, and Tabla from Professor R.M.Hegde and later from Shri Parameshwar Hegde.

He won various awards in District and state-level competitions. He was a 1st runner up of Voice of Bangalore season 2 (2008) and a contestant of famous music TV series Indian Idol 4. Keshav is singing in the Kannada film industry since 2007 and performing in the movies titled as Bidda, Murane Class Manja BCom Bhagya, Maadesha, Haage Summane, Nanda, and Chamrajpete.

He has also performed at Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam Jubilee Hall in Sugayya on 21st May 2009, organized by The Kasaragod Association of Bahrain, where he awarded the title of The Rising Star. The young man has also worked for music directors like Guru Kiran with a large amount of audience. He has also interested in other activities such as Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, and Swimming and awarded in these fields on college-level competition as well.
