Amruta was born into a family that was well-versed in music and rhythm. But luckily, he was constantly immersed in the rich music of her parents and other great legends. This was an excellent source of inspiration for the budding artist and created his passion. Her trishna (desire) and love for music were so determined that even as a little girl, she would happily trade her toys for taanpura and harmonium. Among those who supported her art throughout his musical career was her father and guru Pandit Raja Kale, the eldest son of legendary guru Jitendra Abhishek from Agra, Jaipur, and Gwalior districts. Pandit Raja Kale soon realized the talent within her and accepted his guidance, allowing her innate music to blossom.
As a senior disciple of Pt Jitendra Abhishki, the Jaipur, Agra, and Gwalior Gharana enabled Amruta to understand the nuances of gayaki. She combined his rendition of Raagdari Sangeet with semi-classical forms like thumri, tapappa, light classical music like bhakti sangeet, bhavsangeet, natyasangeet, Lok sangeet, ghazal, Sufi, making herself a versatile singer and entertaining the audience. Her mastery of traditional Bandish and deep understanding of mixing make him creative and give Pt Abhishek, a gayaki style. Amruta’s ability to synchronize his creativity with beautiful renditions of conventional values enriched with 'Aarta Swar Lagaav' and 'Kahen' is an attribute of Pt Abhishek Gayaki.
Her father also gave her a golden opportunity to gain wisdom from Martand Pandit Jasraj, the master of the Mevati gharana. This was a turning point in Amruta's life. Under the guidance of Panditji, she developed her style by combining music and upbeat music with passion and passion, captivating the audience with the music. Perfect command of rhythm (layakari, Merukhand sargam, and taans) brought out the distinctive features of Mevati Gharana Gayaki.
